FAQ

1) How does the Partner reward model work?

The Partner activates new Sentric accounts by associating their ID during the creation of the customer account. From that moment on, the Partner receives extra credits equal to 30% of the purchases of Sentric API Credits made by each associated customer account, in accordance with the Sentric Partner Program Terms and Conditions.

2) Who can join the Sentric Partner Program?

Only professionals or companies operating for business purposes can apply. Participation is subject to Sentric’s approval.

3) What is the reward percentage for Partners?

Partners receive extra credits equal to 30% of the net value of Sentric API Credit purchases made by customers associated with their partner code. Extra credits are granted only for customer accounts generating at least €500 in monthly purchases. Below this threshold, no extra credits are accrued for the current month. For each customer account, extra credits are calculated on a maximum of €20,000 in monthly purchases. Any amounts exceeding this limit do not generate additional extra credits.

4) What happens if a customer does not reach the minimum monthly threshold?

If a customer account does not reach €500 in purchases in a given month, no extra credits are accrued for that period. The threshold is calculated on a monthly basis and resets at the beginning of each new month.

5) When and how are extra credits assigned?

Extra credits are paid within 45 days from the end of each billing cycle, in the form of Sentric API credits credited to the partner's account or, upon request, to one or more of their customers' accounts (up to a maximum of 3). Extra credits accrue only on amounts actually collected by Sentric from the partner's customers' accounts. In case of non-payment of an invoice, the related extra credit is not granted.

6) Who is responsible for client support?

The Partner is responsible for first-level support and communication with the retailer, including the management of API integrations if they are a Certified Developer.

7) Can Partners offer Sentric in white label?

Yes. Partners are allowed to offer Sentric’s services under their own brand (white label), provided they comply with all the terms outlined in the agreement.

8) What does an ideal Sentric Partner look like?

An ideal Partner is a certified agency or consultant who: Works with multi-brand retailers; Invests in an initial package of €10,000 or more (this allows them to request up to 100 brands); Activates at least one client per month regularly. Note: this is an ideal use case—not a formal requirement.

9) What happens if the Partner misuses the Partner Code or violates the terms?

Sentric may suspend or terminate the partnership immediately, especially in cases of code misuse, contractual violations, or activities that harm Sentric’s reputation.

10) Can Sentric change the Terms and Conditions?

Yes. Sentric reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time with reasonable prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11) How does Sentric support its Partners during the collaboration?

Sentric provides access to technical documentation, co-marketing opportunities (when agreed), and a dedicated support channel for all services it directly offers. However, support for third-party integrations is not covered.
